Is my KO-1 susceptible to catching fire or water damage?

Have no fear! We combined advanced water-resistant electronics a high-torque custom electric motor with a long range battery pack protected by a fireproof shield.

Is the Kiwano app compatible with my phone?

The Kiwano app is compatible with iOS and Android devices.The app includes geo-tracking technology to allow you to operate your KO-1 remotely, switch between normal and advanced modes, adjust the angle settings, check your speed and battery levels, and record your routes.

Where are they made?

Currently we assembly in Asia. We are going to start making our products in the USA in the fall of 2017.

What method of payment can i use?

We accept most major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Amex etc.. we use Stripe as our gateway.

We usually do not allow this unless it is for media.

How do I register my KO-1?

Please visit www.kiwano.co/register to register your KO-1 today! WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A WARRANTY CLAIM UNLESS YOU REGISTER YOUR KO-1.

How can I troubleshoot my KO-1?

Please provide a valid proof of purchase in your initial enquiry, such as your order number, or a receipt from an authorized retailer. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the warranty to products without proof of purchase.

How can I cancel my order?

Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer. Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (Stripe, PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.) For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
